The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open the hub. It gives you a quick picture of your business: new leads, pipeline value, appointments, revenue and more, all in one place. This article explains what is on the Dashboard and how to make it show what matters to you.

Open the Dashboard

In the left menu, click Dashboard. If you have more than one dashboard, use the dropdown at the top to switch between them. You can search, pin a favourite to the top of the list, and see dashboards under My Dashboards and Shared With Me.

What you will see

  • Widgets: each card shows one piece of information, such as a number, a donut chart, a line chart, a bar chart or a table. Click a widget to open the records behind it, which you can also export.

  • Date picker: sets the date range for the whole dashboard. Your choice is remembered the next time you open it. You can also set a comparison range to see change over time.

  • Quick Filters: opens a side panel where you can narrow the whole dashboard, for example to one pipeline or one source.

  • Filter pills: small tags at the top that let you adjust individual filters (Is, Is not, Is one of, Is empty and so on).

  • Edit (pencil) button: switches to edit mode so you can rearrange and add widgets.

  • Three-dot menu: clone, set as default, change the time zone, manage who can see it, or delete.

Customise your dashboard

  1. Click the pencil button to enter edit mode.

  2. Drag any widget by its handle to move it. Drag the lower-right corner to resize it.

  3. Open a widget's menu to Edit, Duplicate or Delete it.

  4. To add something new, click add widget. The panel has three tabs:

    • Widgets: search by keyword or filter by chart type (Numeric, Donut, Line, Bar, Horizontal Bar, Table).

    • Elements: text, headings and other layout pieces.

    • Themes: colours and styling.

  5. Change the dashboard title if you like, then click Save Changes.

Some widgets have a Source dropdown so you can choose which calendar, pipeline or form they read from, and a date property such as Created On or Updated On.

Create another dashboard

You might want one dashboard for sales and another for course delivery.

  1. Open the dashboard dropdown and click + Add Dashboard.

  2. Choose one of:

    • Blank dashboard: start empty. The hub will ask "What is your goal?" and suggest widgets, or you can pick from the top used widgets.

    • Template Library: ready-made dashboards you can search, sort and preview. Click Continue to create one.

    • Clone: copy an existing dashboard as a starting point.

  3. Give it a name and decide who can see it (see below), then confirm.

Control who sees a dashboard

Only the dashboard's owner can change its permissions.

  1. Open the three-dot menu and choose Manage permissions.

  2. For Account Admin and Account User, choose Full, Edit, View or No Access.

  3. Turn on Private if only you should see it.

Set the default dashboard

If you want everyone on your team to land on the same view, open the three-dot menu on that dashboard and choose Set as default dashboard. Pick one that makes sense for all users.

Tips

  • Use Manage dashboard timezone in the three-dot menu if your team is spread across time zones. User Timezone shows each person their local time; Location Default Timezone keeps everyone on your business time.

  • If a filter points to something that no longer exists (for example a deleted pipeline), the dashboard switches to the first available option automatically.

  • For deeper reports on calls, appointments and attribution, go to Reporting in the left menu.
