Media Storage is the hub's file library. Every image, video, audio file and document you upload lives here, ready to insert into funnels, pages, emails, courses and social posts. This article covers uploading, organising, finding and recovering files.
Open Media Storage
In the left menu, go to Media Storage (under Tools & Reporting). You can also reach it from inside the page builder: choose Insert Media on an image or video element and the library opens in a pop-up.
Upload files
There are three ways to add files:
Drag and drop: drag files from your computer straight into the Media Storage window.
Upload a folder: click Upload > Upload Folder to bring in a whole folder and keep its structure. Up to three levels of subfolders and 1,000 files per upload. Anything skipped is listed in a notification.
Upload from a link: click Upload > Upload URL, paste a direct link to a file (ending in .jpg, .mp4, .mp3, .pdf and so on), wait for the green tick, tick the copyright confirmation and click Import. Links to YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or ordinary web pages will not work.
A progress panel shows each file's status. Hover over a file and click X to cancel it.
Supported files and size limits
Media Storage accepts the common formats: images (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, SVG, TIFF, HEIC), video (MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, WMV), audio (MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A), documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, CSV), ZIP files and fonts (TTF, OTF, WOFF, WOFF2).
Size limits depend on where the file is used:
Media Storage, Funnels & Pages: images, audio and documents up to 100 MB; video up to 4 GB.
Courses: images, audio and documents up to 50 MB; video up to 5 GB.
Social posts: images up to 10 MB; video up to 1 GB.
To see how much storage you are using, open the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Storage. It shows a usage bar broken down by area and file type.
Organise with folders
Create folders for each course, campaign or client so files are easy to find.
Use the arrow next to Folders to collapse or expand the folder list.
To move a folder, open its three-dot menu, choose Move to Folder, pick or create a destination and confirm. Everything inside moves with it.
To download a folder as a ZIP, open its three-dot menu, choose Select, add any other folders, then click Download.
Find files
The search bar looks through every folder and subfolder, even from inside a folder. Hover over a result to see where it lives, or use its three-dot menu and choose Open containing folder.
Sort by name, size or modified date.
Switch between Grid View (shows landscape, portrait or square badges on images) and List View (shows pixel dimensions).
Rename, move, preview and delete
Right-click a file or hover over it to see quick actions: Rename, Delete, Move to Folder, Preview and Insert.
Preview opens images and videos full size. Use the arrow keys to move between files, zoom up to 400 percent and go fullscreen.
Plain text files (.txt, .css, .json) can be edited inside Preview. Click Edit, make changes and Save. The file keeps its name and public link.
Delete moves the file to Trash.
Recover a deleted file
Deleted files stay in Trash for 30 days, then are removed permanently.
Open the three-dot menu at the top right and choose Trash.
Find the file and click Restore (or Delete Permanently).
Trash is shared across your whole hub, so any team member can restore a file, whoever deleted it.
Tips
Compress large images before uploading so pages load faster.
Name files clearly (for example "spring-workshop-banner.png") so search works for you later.
Files you edit keep their link, so you can update a document without replacing it everywhere it is used.
